Pineapple Honey

Price

$22.00

$22.00 per 16 Ounces

Sweet Florida pineapple muddled into raw Tampa honey until the whole jar glows the color of late-afternoon sun. Drizzle it over grilled chicken or jerk pork and the glaze caramelizes into something you'll think about for days. Just as at home on coconut yogurt, a sharp cheddar board, or stirred into a rum cocktail when the weekend earns it.

Quantity

Goes Great With:

  • Grilled chicken, pork, and shrimp (the glaze caramelizes fast)

  • Coconut yogurt, granola, and overnight oats

  • Sharp cheddar, gouda, and aged manchego on a cheese board

  • Pancakes, waffles, and french toast

  • Rum cocktails, especially anything with lime

  • Jerk seasoning to round out the heat

  • Baked ham, swapped in for any brown-sugar glaze

Ingredients

Raw Tampa honey, real pineapple. That's it. No additives, no preservatives.

Storage

Store at room temperature with the lid on. Raw honey crystallizes naturally over time. To re-liquefy, set the jar in warm water under 110°F. Don't microwave or boil — heat kills the enzymes that make raw honey worth eating.
