Blueberry Honey

Crushed blueberries folded into raw Tampa honey and left to sit until the color goes somewhere between wine and bruise. Stir it into plain Greek yogurt and a weekday breakfast starts to taste like a vacation. Works the same way on warm biscuits, iced tea, or a stack of pancakes that deserved better.
